Vettes for Veterans corvette show at Gateway Transportation Technology Center on Saturday


On Saturday, July 13, Vettes For Veterans Corvette Club will host a car show at the Gateway Community & Technical College Transportation Technology Center at 1051 Dudley Rd., Covington, starting at 9 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m.

All proceeds from this event will help homeless military veterans and veteran suicide prevention.

This is the second year that the auto show has been held at Gateway’s Transportation Center. Last year almost $ 12,000 was raised for homeless veterans and veteran suicide prevention.

The auto show is open to all makes and models.

A Blackhawk helicopter will land at the auto show. The day’s program includes an automatic judgment, a raffle, a silent auction and lots of cars to see. To end the day, there will be a prize-giving ceremony.

The mission of the Vettes For Veterans Corvette Club is to honor veterans through dedicated support to military veterans and contributions made in support of various charitable organizations.
