Modaxo acquires TTG Transportation Technology
Modaxo, an international collective of technology companies committed to providing advanced software and solutions, has announced the acquisition of TTG Transportation Technology (TTG).
TTG, which is based in Sydney, Australia and Stirling, UK, has been providing advice systems to connected drivers worldwide since 2007.
This system works with real-time traffic situations, helping rail operators to increase energy efficiency, network capacity, schedules and maintenance expenses.
It reduces carbon emissions and manages punctuality by providing precise information to drivers to help them decide when to accelerate, brake or slow down.
TTG is currently present on four continents, with a global installation base of more than 8,000 portable and stationary units on various types of locomotives, such as passenger, freight and heavy haul trains, electric and diesel ranging from 22 000 tons and 2.5 km long. at 320km / h of very high speed locomotives.
